My Birthday!

On February 26, 2011 my mom and I had a fun day going out to lunch and shopping together! We had a fun time and we actually were going to get pedicures together, but we had a lot more fun shopping without children! So that is what we did. :)




I had a wonderful day on my birthday, March 1, 2011. Mike made a wonderful carrot cake and Mike and our kids gave me a few presents. We went out to dinner at the Olive Garden with my parents. I also went to get myself a pedicure on March 5th a few days after my birthday. I had a fabulous time doing that and it was nice to relax a little too for my birthday. :) Thanks to everyone who made my birthday one of the best I've had!

David FINALLY lost his tooth! :)

On February 23rd, the day after we got back from Las Vegas, David FINALLY lost his tooth that has had a permenant tooth behind it. He has needed to loose this tooth for awhile now and he finally did! Yeah David! He was pretty excited about that. :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a FABULOUS Valentine's Day! Mike came home early from work and brought me 12 dozen roses! What a great husband I have! I just love him so much! I got him a balloon and some red vines (his favorite treat)! Andrea and David made fun Valentine boxes to take to school. Josh had a fun Valentine's Day party at preschool the next day too, and we all had a fun time together that night watching a movie. It was a fun day!

Africa...

On January 16, 2011 Mike left to go to Uganda in Africa. He was gone for about 3 weeks. It was a long time, but we all survived while he was gone. He came back on February 4, 2011. We were all happy to see him and so glad he made it back safely! Mike lost his luggage on his way home and the kids were pretty disappointed because Dad told them he brought them something from Africa, but it was in his luggage. So we had to wait a few days for it to get to our house. Here are some of the things he brought the kids and I:
